Joseph Uglialoro is a professional dancer and performer currently based in Orlando, Florida. Born and raised in Queens, New York, Joseph began dancing at the age of 10 and quickly rose through the competitive circuit, earning numerous awards at both regional and national levels.

He is a graduate of the prestigious Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, where he received intensive training in dance and developed a strong foundation across multiple styles.

In 2022, Joseph landed his first professional contract with Royal Caribbean International, performing as a production show dancer onboard the Radiance of the Seas. Shortly after, he joined Walt Disney World as an Equity dancer in Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration, marking the beginning of his journey with Disney Entertainment.

Currently, Joseph performs as Moto in Festival of the Lion King at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, where he brings energy, storytelling, and heart to the stage each day.

In addition to performing, Joseph finds deep joy in teaching dance. He is passionate about sharing his experience, inspiring the next generation of dancers, and helping others grow through movement and creativity.
