james drew stanley

Born and raised in Central Florida, James has been dancing & performing since the age of 9. 

He trained at Miriam and Valerie’s School of Dance Arts in Sanford, Fl, winning numerous titles in competitions and at Florida Dance Masters. At the age of 17, James started performing professionally at Walt Disney World in numerous shows and parades including “The Festival of the Lion King”, “High School Musical 3”,  dancing on the Castle Stage in “Celebrate the Season” & “Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire” featured as a tap soloist, and is currently contracted at “Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage”. 

Between James’s time at Walt Disney World he performed on Norwegian Cruise Lines only USA flagged cruise ship the “Pride of America” and at Tokyo DisneySea as a featured tap soloist in “Big Band Beat!”. 

James performs with several Orlando area production companies, guest teaching and choreographing for local studios and theaters. James also met his wife Emily while performing together at Disney. 

James is honored to inspire & teach the next generation of performers!
